When my children were smaller, we were frequent visitors to the MN Children's Museum in downtown St. Paul. On the walk thru the skyway from the parking ramp there were support poles with hollow interiors that were visible from inside the skyway. Each of those support poles held a pigeon nest that was squeezed on top of several dead pigeon bodies. I always tried to walk thru quickly and divert their attention, but my kids were always drawn to those pigeon-carcass nests and had a million questions I couldn't answer.
